The "Intelligence Innovation, Industry Leadership"National Industrial Investment Promotion Salon jointly sponsored by Inland Real-Estate Group and China Appraisal Association was successfully held on 23rd Oct, 2024. Our managing director, Sr. Serena Lau was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech in the event, in the meanwhile our senior associate director Sr. Jessie Chen and senior manager Jing Liu also attended this event.

Sr. Lau‘s speech was "The Current Situation of Urban Renewal in Hong Kong". She provided the guests with a clearer understanding of the topic by addressing 1) the current aging situation of Hong Kong's urban area, 2) the roles of various stakeholders, including the government, the Urban Renewal Authority, the private market, and property owners in the renewal process, and 3) the possible challenges encountered during the renewal and the anticipated outcomes.

Afterwards, the heads of 43 outstanding valuation agencies from all over the country also expressed their opinions in this salon and jointly discussed new models and strategies for investment, as well as efficient practices and innovative paths for operations.
