Our Managing Director, Sr Serena Lau, also an executive council member of the Hong Kong Housing Society,  was invited to attend 21st Hong Kong Housing Society Award Presentation Ceremony as one of the award presenters on 31st January.

In addition to providing scholarships to students in higher education institutions, this year also marked the introduction of the inaugural Rising Changemaker Prize. As one of the members of Jury Panel for the Prize, Sr Lau expressed great delight in seeing the innovative proposals presented from the youth candidates on the topics related to housing ladder, elderly housing and PropTech application.
