Due to the existence of squatter issue for decades, over 100,000 square meters of residential zoned land has been abandoned in the heart of East Kowloon area. RHL was appointed together with other professionals to prepare a submission including the analysis of history, property market trend, land use pattern and technical feasibility of a proposed development scheme for government’s consideration.
