We are appointed as the lead consultant to undertake assessments on the economic, financial and social performance of the proposed Strategic Growth Areas (SGAs), i.e. New Territories North (NTN) and East Lantau Metropolis (ELM) by assessing their financial, economic, social and sustainability performance, and deriving the preferred overall conceptual spatial framework. Also to further evaluated the framework together with other recommendations under Hong Kong 2030+ to refine the updated territorial development strategy.
