She has held positions at several international property consultancy firms, developers, and investment institutions, gaining extensive industry knowledge and practical expertise in areas such as project planning, asset management, market research, and investment strategy.

Sr Cheung has a deep understanding of the dynamics of the Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China markets. She is skilled in providing professional property valuation, feasibility analysis, and financial planning to support clients in making informed decisions. Additionally, her broad network of collaborations with onshore and offshore institutions in land development, retail, office, and hotel sectors enables her to offer comprehensive industry insights and resource support to clients.
