Sr Keith Siu worked for the Lands Department of HKSAR Government for about seven years and has been a professional surveyor for more than 17 years. He is familiar with the operations of the Lands Department and land administration policies in Hong Kong and is an expert in the coordination work dealing with both the government and private sectors. Highlights from his career include:

1. Handling complex land matters and policies for the New Territories;
2. Handling land lease, modification/exchange and waiver applications for landlords;
3. Involvement in the valuation and acquisition of different types of properties for private owners or listed companies in Hong Kong; and
4. Appointment as an expert witness in court, providing professional advice for the judgment of cases.

Sr Siu is now the Director of RHL International Group,responsible for supervising the overall operation of the Professional Practice Division.
