Mr Leo Cheung
MHKIS, MRICS, MFin, MSc, BSc |
Mr. Leo Cheung is a professional surveyor having over 15 years of real estate experience gained from various international surveyors firms, financial institutions and local developers. He has specialized in disposal/acquisition, mortgage valuation, premium assessment, investment, finance & syndication, due diligence, development, feasibility study as well as process improvement. In addition, he did focus on real estate asset management of various types of properties covering financial budgeting/planning, coordination, controlling and operation before joining our company.
Mr. Cheung is engaged in RHL International¡¦s Mortgage team and Real Estate Solution & Surveying Practice Department and responsible to undertake business development, real estate consultancy and valuation services in China and Hong Kong.
