Mr Thomas Lam
MHKIS, MRICS, MHKSI, RPS(GP), MSc, BSc(Hons) |
Mr. Thomas Lam is a professional surveyor with over nine years experience in real estate field and specializes in real estate valuation, investment, finance & syndication, due diligence, development, financial modeling, feasibility study and land advisory. He has worked on a number of major projects covering Hong Kong and China as well as the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Lam is now engaged in the Corporate Valuation and Advisory of RHL International and responsible to undertake business development, real estate consultancy and business valuation services in China and Hong Kong.
