Professional Services
Ms. Lau worked for the Valuation Department of Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney, Australia in the late 80's. She joined the RHL International Group in 1992 and initially focused on handling compulsory acquisitions and resumptions cases. She also involved in asset valuation for IPO purpose.
From the mid 90's, Ms. Lau participated in asset valuation, project feasibility and market studies, as well as marketing and sales of mainland properties. She was responsible for setting up various wholly owned and Sino-joint venture real estate consultancy firms on behalf of the Group in the Mainland. During this period, she involved in staff training and technical supporting, market research and analysis etc.
In the late 90's, Ms. Lau acted as auctioneer, mainly on behalf of mortgagor, to dispose a lot of Hong Kong properties.
Ms. Lau has the experiences in the development and operation of resort /theme park /residential development when she was working with a project in Kun Shan of Jiangsu Province.
Currently, Ms. Lau is mainly responsible for business development and establishment of global network worldwide. She is also involved in market research and feasibility studies cases.
