Mr. Keith Siu has worked for Lands Department of HKSAR Government for about 7 years and is a professional surveyor for more than 10 years. He is familiar with the operation of Lands Department and land administration policies in Hong Kong, particularly in handling complicated land matters and policies of the New Territories.
Mr. Siu is now leading RHL International¡¦s Real Estate Solution & Surveying Practices Department. He specializes in land lease, land modification, waiver application and all others land administration cases and experienced in land development projects, valuation and acquisition of different types of properties in Hong Kong.
