Senior Associate Director / Associate Director - Corporate Valuation & Advisory
Jobs Descriptions:
- Responsible for administrating and overseeing the financial valuation team
- Managing risk and quality control on business valuation projects
- Establishing and develop client base in Hong Kong and PRC
- Coordinate and perform research on up to date finance models and IFRS interpretation that is related to business valuation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business valuation/auditing, preferably served in professional service industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Associate Director – Corporate Valuation & Advisory
- Excellent understanding in performing cash flow analysis and financial modeling
- Chartered CFA, ASA or CPA holder preferred
- Strong conceptual, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese including Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience and have passed all examinations of CFA will be considered as Senior Manager

Senior Manager - Real Estate Solution and Surveying Practice
Job Requirements:
- Corporate member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in real estate
- Responsible for monitoring and coaching of a team of valuers to prepare valuation report for Hong Kong properties; shall independently prepare valuation reports and deal with clients on surveying practices related matters

- Conduct valuation of business, intangible assets and / or financial instruments
- Analysis of business, financial and / or accounting documents
- Drafting valuation reports and
- Perform industry / business research
Job Requirment:
- Master Degree or University graduates in Finance, Accounting and related disciplines
- Professional qualification in accounting and / or finance preferred
- CFA, ACCA, or CPA candidate
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Excellent research and financial analytical skills
- Proficient command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
- Excellent communiation skills
